LET'S VISIT SINGAPORE! (An Overview of Our Awesome Singapore Vacation)

Singapore is, without any doubts, the most developed and urbanized country in Asia, if not in the entire world! I am sure you will be able to feel this too when you discover this unique country-city. In this blog, I will share our travel experience and hopefully it will also inspire you to add Singapore to your own family travel bucket list as well as give you some ideas of what you can do when you get there.

We celebrated my daughter's 2nd birthday at Singapore last July 2017. And all I can say is that this place is really beautiful. There is no pollution, the place is really clean and people are approachable. Here are the places and the things we did:

Universal Studios Singapore

Universal Studios Singapore is a must to visit when you go to Singapore, you can enjoy whether you have a kid with you or if you are a kid at heart.I am 100% recommending to ride the Transformer attraction because that one is so awesome!

Merlion at Marina Bay Sands

Merlion is the official mascot of Singapore, depicted as a mythical creature with a lion's head and the body of a fish. Being of prominent symbolic nature to Singapore and Singaporeans in general, it is widely used to represent both the city state and its people in sports teams, advertising, branding, tourism and as a national. You can't skip this place because this is the heart of Singapore.
The mandatory pose with the Merlion.

Sentosa

Sentosa Island is a man-made island that was built for fun and recreation. The many attractions on offer at Sentosa include the expansive Resorts World, Universal Studios Singapore, Tiger Sky Tower, Singapore Butterfly & Insect Kingdom, and one of the largest collections of aquatic animals in the world, SEA Aquarium, all of which continue to draw repeat visitors from all over Asia.

Luge at Sentosa

Luge is one of the many things you can do at Sentosa, if you ride this, you can see a very beautiful view of the island from the top. I really enjoyed this and this was really fun.

Old Hill Street Police Station at Clark Quay

The Old Hill Street Police Station is a historic building and former police station in Singapore, and is located at Hill street in the Museum Planning Area, within the Central Area, Singapore's central business district.

 Gardens by the Bay

Gardens by the Bay is a nature park spanning 101 hectares (250 acres) of reclaimed land in the Central region of Singapore. The park consists of three waterfront gardens: Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden and Bay Central Garden. The largest of the gardens is Bay South Garden at 54 hectares (130 acres). Its Flower Dome is the largest glass greenhouse in the world. If you are a plant lover, you must visit this place.

Water Play at Gardens by the Bay

If you have a children, this water play is the best to go to. This place is free and safe for children. They will surely love this activity.
Since my daughter loves swimming, she really enjoyed this, I think this is her most favorite part in our whole trip.

Alkaff Bridge

Trivia: The Alkaff Bridge was painted in January 2004 in vibrant colours by Filipino Artist Pacita Abad and a team of rope specialists. The artist and her crew of helpers used 55 different colours and more than 900 litres of industrial-strength paint to transform the bridge into Singapore's first "Bridge of Art".

DC Super Heroes Cafe

If you are a fan of these super heroes, you should pay a visit in this cafe, since my husband likes this, we enjoyed this place and the food here are all good. The place is nice and everything is all about DC Super heroes, even the design of the foods. They also have a souvenir shop in the side of the store.

Lucky China Town

In Lucky China Town, you can buy so many affordable things, especially the souvenirs or "pasalubong". You will be thrilled for the varieties of things they are selling at a very low cost.

Remember to always keep on dreaming!

SANTORINI OF BATANGAS : CAMP NETANYA (My Travel Experience)

Source: Our Awesome Planet

Camp Netanya is a Greek-themed resort located at Anilao, Batangas

We visited
Camp Netanya
last November 8, 2017. And I can say that it was an amazing and relaxing experience!

This resort is family friendly and their staffs are very accommodating.

We booked for a day tour that costs Php 1,700 per head, that comes with a complimentary drink and lunch. You don't have to bring towels and floaters because you can borrow it from the resort.
How awesome is that?

You can enjoy the breathtaking view while you are away from the city!

The pool varies from a 3-ft deep kiddie pool down to a 12-ft area perfect for those practicing intro diving.

There is also an access to the sea if you want to.

If you are looking for an IG worth place, trust me, this place is really Instagrammable!

Essential Things You Must Bring When You Travel

I love traveling, but what I must bring are the things I find difficult to do. Preparing for your next travel doesn't end with booking a flight and a hotel. You will be needing a neck pillow, especially for long trips, it helps you to have a comfortable short nap, unless you wan't to have a stiff neck. You just have to choose the one you are comfortable with. There are some neck pillows that doesn't have a strap, and for me that is a no no. Straps in neck pillows are important so it don't fall off in the middle of you sleep.

2. Scarf or Sarong
